Return & Exchange Policy
We always take pride in our product quality and our strict quality control. In order to provide you with maximum peace of mind, we offer a comprehensive 30 Days Refund, Return and Exchange Policy. Defective merchandises are subject to store credit within 30 days after delivery, these defective problems are including but not limited to stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, very poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and the major difference between the photographed product with the actual product you have received.
I. Return Process:

To guarantee a fast and smooth return process:
1. Please email our customer service team at email@example.com
2. Please inform us your order number, describe the issue of the product and provide us pictures that can display the problem.
3. Once we have received your complaint email in our customer service's inbox, we will reply to you within 24 hours.
4. If your return request is approved you will be asked to return the item(s) in its original packaging via USPS.

II. Return Policy
- You can return items within 30 days after delivery. All you need to do is email us, and describe the problem or the reason for returning the item, along with your order number in your emails.
- The product you want to send back should not be worn out and the label should be attached.
- We are responsible for all the following defective items within 30 days: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received.
- We can allow the return once we have received all information in point.The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned/exchanged merchandise.
- No exchange or return on promotional items.
III.Exchanges,Store Credit and Refunds
Exchanges: All items are subject to approval pending inspection for wear, damages or incorrect size . Exchanges will not be approved until product is received and inspected within 30 days of purchase. Once approved, customer will be contacted via email and will then be provided store credit to purchase a different size or item of equal value or less.
Store Credit: Store credit will be issued for any item returned to us but not eligible for refund. Customers will be notified via email whether or not they will be granted a refund or store credit.
Refunds: Refunds will be granted pending approval and inspection of item(s) returned to us. Refunds will be granted due to any errors on our end regarding damaged items, stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, and major difference between the photographed product and the product that you have received. Refunds will also be granted on items returned to us due to incorrect size or displeasure with the quality of the item.
Girlfriendz Boutique LLC will not be liable for any shipping fees.

Feel free to use your preferred shipping provider however we suggest USPS priority shipping. Once shipped we will alert you once we've received your returned item. If a store credit or refund will be issued to you, we will notify you via email once it has been applied to your account.
